PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING MATERIALS

To submit an article for Issue No. 3, 2026 by July 30, 2026 (including), it is necessary to complete the online author information form and send the article, prepared in accordance with the journal requirements, to the email:  Этот адрес электронной почты защищен от спам-ботов. Submitted manuscripts are subject to editing, peer review, and plagiarism check.

If the article successfully passes peer review and is accepted for publication, the author will be provided with bank details for payment of the publication fee.

After making the payment, the author must send a scanned copy of the receipt to the editorial office.

Sample of the name of files: Ivanenko_І.І._article, Ivanenko_І.І._payment.

 

PUBLICATION FEE

The publication fee is UAH 1,700 (up to 12 pages). Each extra page is charged at UAH 50. The publication fee covers the costs associated with the processing, peer review, and/or publication of the article.

The editorial board accepts individual articles submitted by postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs for publication free of charge, provided that the manuscripts are authored solely by the students (without co-authors), comply with the journal’s requirements, and adhere to the principles of academic integrity.

Along with the manuscript, postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs must submit a certificate issued the graduate studies department confirming their enrollment. The certificate must be signed by the head of the relevant department and bear the its official seal.

Authors may also order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 1,000 and is payable in addition to the publication fee.

Journal electronic version will be available on the website on September 30, 2026.

Authors who ordered a printed copy will receive it before October 30, 2026.

The Editorial Board guarantees high-quality anonymous peer-review of articles and their check for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com by the Polish company Plagiat.pl. 

 

PROHIBITION TO REFER TO THE AGGRESSOR STATE’S SCHOLARLY PAPERS

It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.

 

Articles of scientific and practical value are accepted for publication. No more than one article by the same author (co-author) may be published in the issue. The author is responsible for the originality of the text of the article, the accuracy of the facts, citations, statistics, proper names, geographical names and other information, as well as for the fact that materials do not contain data that are not subject to open publishing. The editorial office is not responsible for the information contained in the article. The final decision on the publication of the article is made by the editorial office, which also reserve the right to further review, edit and reject the articles. 

The editorial board encourages authors to submit manuscripts in English to facilitate the international dissemination of research findings.

 

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ARTICLE COMPOSITION:

A 4 page; margins: the upper - 2 cm, the bottom - 2 cm, the left - 3 cm, the right – 1,5 cm; intended paragraph – 1,25 cm; line spacing – 1,5; font – Times New Roman; size: 14.

The volume of the article – from 10 to 20 pages (excluding Bibliography and Abstract).

It is necessary to use symbols in the text, in accordance with the example: quotes «…», hyphen (-), dash (–), apostrophe (’).

 

THE ARTICLE STRUCTURE

  1. The UDC index and a journal section are aligned to the left.
  2. First name, patronymic, and last name of the author(s), personal information about the author(s) (degree and academic rank, job position, postal address of author’s place of employment are carried in the article language, ORCID-code. If the author does not have an ORCID-code, it is possible to get it by following the link https://orcid.org/. The maximum number of authors in the article is three persons.
  3. The title of the article has to include no more than 10 words, clarify core issue, and to be interesting for a wide audience of researchers.
  4. Abstract (from 250 to 300 words) and key words in the article language (5-10 words). The abstract must include such necessary elements: issue topicality, goal of the research, methods and research results.
  5. The research article has to involve such structural elements as followings:

Introduce.

Goal and tasks.

Research methods.

Research results. Articles must have an empirical part. The purely theoretical researches will be accepted for publication, if they have a considerable scientific topicality.

Conclusions should not involve an information, which is absent in the article main text.

Bibliography is performed in accordance with the requirements. The list of used sources is designed in the alphabetical order. The article should refer to foreign sources (not less than 25% of the total number of references).

To ensure the quality of scientific citations, the DOI of each source (if available) must be provided in the list of references.

References. Author (transliteration), the article title (translit.), the article title (English translation, in square brackets), name of source (translit.), input data (city with notation, in English), and publishing house. Example:

1. Bilodid, I. K. (Ed.). (1970). Slovnyk ukrainskoi movy: v 11 tt. [The Ukrainian language dictionary]. Kyiv: Nauk. Dumka [in Ukrainian].

2. Berezin, A.E. (2009) Elevatsiya kontsentratsii triglitseridov v plazme krovi i kardiovaskulyarnyy risk [Triglycerides plasma level elevation and cardiovascular risk]. Ukrainian Medical Journal, vol. 3, no. 71, pp. 70−76.

6. First name, patronymic, last name, and the author(s) personal information (degree and academic rank, job position, postal address of the author’s place of employment are indicated in another language than the article language.
7. The title of the article in Ukrainian or English (in another language than the article language).
8. Abstract (from 250 to 300 words) and key words in English or Ukrainian (in another language than the article language) (5-10 words).

Names and surnames transliteration is performed in accordance with the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Normalization of Transliteration of the Ukrainian Alphabet by Means of the Latin Alphabet” dated January 27, 2010, № 55.

It is impossible to translate by online services.
